Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CertFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CertFlow provides event management infrastructure, offline-first QR attendance scanning, bulk certificate generation, and blockchain-anchored verification tools for event organizers and institutions.

3. Account & Workspace Responsibilities

  • Authentication: Access to CertFlow requires Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
  • Organization Workspaces: Workspace administrators are responsible for managing member invitations and role-based permissions (RBAC) within their organizations.
  • Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for ensuring that attendee lists and event metadata imported into CertFlow are accurate and lawful.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use CertFlow to:

  • Send unsolicited spam, unauthorized marketing messages, or deceptive emails via the Gmail API integrated dispatch system.
  • Issue fraudulent certificates, misrepresent credentials, or forge event verification records.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious scripts, unapproved HTML payloads, or harmful code into certificate template fields.

5. Intellectual Property & Verification Layer

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all event logos, attendee records, and certificate assets uploaded to or created on CertFlow.
  • Blockchain Anchoring: Certificate verification hashes generated on CertFlow are anchored on public blockchain smart contracts (Polygon). Due to the immutable nature of public blockchains, cryptographic hashes anchored to the network cannot be altered or removed once broadcast.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CertFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall CertFlow or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost event connectivity, third-party API outages (including Google API or Polygon RPC rate limits), or lost data.

7. Termination & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using CertFlow and request workspace data removal at any time by contacting our support team.
